“Discipline is a habit, abundance is a mindset, and gratitude is the grounding force that keeps both in balance.”

I grew up with my brother, raised by a single mom and deeply supported by my maternal grandparents. Those early years shaped everything for me. My grandmother was joyful, curious, and ahead of her time, yet often felt inadequate because she never worked or earned. She taught me how important it is for women to be educated, independent, and able to stand on their own.

My mom was the steady force in my life: hardworking, principled, and brave. She taught me accountability, speaking my truth, and choosing what is right over what is easy. Because of her, I grew up with a deep sense of abundance even when life was not simple. My dad, an extrovert with a big personality, taught me to think big and embrace possibility. Becoming a parent to a young son has also given me a deeper sense of purpose and clarity about what truly matters.

I’ve been fortunate to work with bold, boundary-pushing companies like Airbnb and DoorDash across India, Southeast Asia, and the United States. Those experiences gave me a front-row seat to ambition, resilience, and cultures that encourage audacious thinking. I’ve also been lucky to work with brilliant people who challenged me to grow and expand my perspective.

All of this shaped my mantra: strive to be the best version of myself, stay curious, try new things, and never let a role or gender define me. At Peak XV, I feel deeply aligned and energized by the opportunity to help exceptional founders and companies shape their stories with intention and integrity every day.
