Head, Capital Formation

“Building long-term partnerships grounded in authenticity, hard work and a shared belief in empowering founders and fuelling great causes.”

Growing up, the values of hard work, honesty and authentic connection were instilled in me as a life philosophy. This grounding anchors how I engage with Founders, LPs and the broader ecosystem.

My career began in 2006, when a bank in Frankfurt took a chance on a young M&A intern who could barely speak German. I remain deeply grateful for that break. Prior to Peak XV, I spent over a decade in Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT) investment banking. In 2018, I joined the firm to build our Strategic Development team, working in the trenches with portfolio founders on fundraising, M&A, and IPOs, while driving liquidity for our funds.

In 2024, I stepped into a new chapter to build Capital Formation capabilities in Peak XV. We chose this framework over traditional investor relations to foster a trusted, two-way dialogue with our LPs, while developing new muscles as we build Peak XV as an institution. Because many of our LPs are global non-profits and endowments, our performance directly funds the great causes they support, giving our daily work a much deeper purpose.

I am drawn to partners who value authentic, long-term collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family as a proud father of three lovely daughters.
