Early on in boarding school, I found my purpose in bringing people together and getting them excited about a whole host of efforts, from grueling team-runs and cadet-training camps to debate-clubs and more.  It was my thing: motivating friends and helping them see their unique superpowers. I enjoyed being the small guiding hand in the big wins of teams. This naturally led me into a career in human capital and talent advisory.

I started my career at the point when India’s digital revolution was starting to accelerate. I worked with partnerships like Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds, Executive Access and Sheffield Haworth, advising some of the most exciting fintech, digital and consumer companies on leadership hires, organizational design, reward strategies, assessments and non-executive directors and board placements.

When the opportunity to join Sequoia India, now Peak XV, and to do this for hundreds of innovative startups came along in 2021, I knew I had to take it. As a talent partner, there is nothing more satisfying than helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential, and create extraordinary journeys.

Founders in India, who are faced with the toughest talent market seen in decades, are in need of the best global talent across product, tech, design, growth and marketing.
