We hosted our second Surge Immersion in the Bay Area this past February, bringing together over 70 early-stage founders and our Surge team.
Over the course of four days, we had 30+ Founders/CEOs, investors, and operators join us – including Karen Peacock (Former CEO of Intercom; Board Member, Dropbox), Vinod Khosla (Founder, Khosla Ventures), Pat Grady (Partner, Sequoia Capital), Aman Sanger (Founder, Cursor), and Carl Eschenbach (CEO, Workday).
The discussions ranged from insights on what goes into building an enduring business as an early-stage founder, to investors’ perspectives on the future of AI and software, and much more. We learned from our community of Surge founders too: Asad Khan of LambdaTest and Sagar Khatri of Multiplier spoke about building a sales engine, capital allocation, and the importance of shipping multi-product lines. We also got an inside look at how companies like OpenAI and Notion operate through immersive office tours at their HQs. 🚀
Here are some conversations from our Surge Immersion in the Bay Area—stay tuned to our YouTube channel for more!
