“The key lies in understanding your super powers and using them to the best of your ability.”

I hail from a small town in Punjab and was married while I was still completing my education. I always knew that one day I would build a business and be independent (not an opportunity many women from where I come from had access to back then). Fortunately, I have been able to do both. My mantra in life has been, never miss a good opportunity, never give up, try to be the best at what you do and never compromise on your integrity and principles.

On the professional front I did not start my career as a recruiter or in the HR department. I started as a finance professional, moved to inside sales and then found my passion working with people. During my recruiting career I have worked across organizations of different sizes, regions and job functions. I thoroughly enjoyed roles where I was given the opportunity to drive new initiatives or drive change within the organization. In my current role I get to work with founders and ideate with them on how to build their organizations and scale teams.

I am super charged when I’m working with passionate builders. Fortunately working with founders has provided me with that opportunity. What’s most enjoyable about the role is that you are always ahead of the curve. Working with exceptional teams that are building for the future and some of the best minds in the industry.

Exceptional personalities. It’s our innate traits that drive us. One mantra that I learnt and has helped me while I’m identifying talent is look for the capabilities and potential rather than the skills. I would love to chat with you if you are someone who is driven by challenges, love problem solving and want to fast track your career.

Always open to brainstorming with founders on how to grow their business, candidates who want to grow their career and match both where synergies are aligned.
